After Spending time with my family in MN it was time to head out on the road. I didn't map it out, I just took off hitting as many side roads as my 2 gallon gas tank would allow and meeting the finest people this country has to offer and eating home town cooking.
First stop was Iowa and since I was there for the night I stopped into the famous Kung Fu Tap & Taco.
Next stop was somewhere in Missouri and some Mexican food in their "downtown" area.
